What is most gratifying in dealing with both of you is your unequaled attention to even the smallest detail.  Equally important is the way you get the job done with total emphasis on customer satisfaction.   Whilst the present deal was a relatively small one, that has no influence whatsoever.  You treated me and our dealings as if it was a multi million deal.  The superb attention to detail and the speed of action on the after sales renovations could not be surpassed. 
 
I really enjoyed working with both of you and equally your excellent staff.  It's a joy to see real professionalism still exists in a modern world where there is so much complacency.  I know you will also maintain your gold star standards.  May I wish you both, your families,  your staff and your business continued success in all your endeavours.
