As both of you will be aware, I have bought and sold many substantial residential and business properties over the past 50 years including the beautiful villa at Quinta do Mar from Pedro in 2005 which he also very successful sold in 2011 despite the worldwide recession at that time.

I really enjoyed working with both of you and equally your excellent staff.  It's a joy to see real professionalism still exists in a modern world where there is so much complacency.  I know you will also maintain your gold star standards.  May I wish you both, your families,  your staff and your business continued success in all your endeavours.
